Third, the formation mechanism:

According to the use requirements and technical indicators proposed by the viscose fiber factory, as well as foreign technical information. By heat setting, the fiber fleece on the surface of the felt body is firmly bonded, the density of the object is increased, and the phenomenon of off-line layering is overcome. In addition, the 601 polymer-modified rubber binder is used to close the four sides of the polypropylene felt according to the use specifications, thereby solving the drawback of leakage on the four sides during use. (3) Production procedures:

A. Base fabric weaving: 2.5 ~ 3 . 0×114mm polypropylene fiber material, woven with acid, alkali and corrosion resistance; large tensile force, good resilience; no dense road, no holes, no broken diameter, broken weft and other base fabric.

B. Needle-punched felt: The polypropylene short fiber is combed into a net, and the material is quantitatively fed according to the layering. The mesh layer is kept uniform in thickness, avoiding the phenomenon of folding ripples or holes and accumulation. The high-speed acupuncture combined distance and the corresponding number of punctures are made into a mat with a high density, a thin thickness, a good stiffness and a reasonable gas permeability.

C. Heat setting: It is composed of a shaping machine, that is, a steam round roller ironing machine, and an arc-shaped far infrared heater. The shaping process is carried out so that the surface of the felt is firm and the inside is tight, and the phenomenon of hair loss and delamination can be overcome, and the defects such as shrinkage, localization, and coke formation cannot be caused.

D. Edge sealing: 601 polymer adhesive is selected, and the four sides of the finished product are closed according to the required specifications. Prevent the polypropylene felt from leaking during use.
