What kind of tomorrow will Xiong'an “millennial plan” bring to the local textile manufacturing industry?

On April Fool's Day, it seems that this is a world full of jokes. First, Weiqiao is out of the air and asks for help from the national team. The second is the country's millennium plan, that is, Shenzhen, Shanghai Pudong, another state-level new district - Xiong'an ! The domestic north-selling real estate speculators are like chicken blood, and even the Qingming ancestors can't take care of them. They have poured into a small county town that was only a small town in the underdeveloped areas of the mainland.

The new district consists of Yuxiong County, Rongcheng City and Anxin County. Among them, Rongcheng is characterized by clothing as the pillar industry, and Anxin County has strong production of shoes and down.

Before the establishment of Xiong'an New District, Rongcheng has been deeply cultivating the garment industry for more than 30 years from the industry's growth period and branding period to the elimination of transition period. As the signature industry of Rongcheng, Rongcheng garment industry officially started in 1979. At that time, Dahe Village of Rongcheng County created the first collective garment factory opened by farmers, Jingrong Garment Factory, which officially opened the prelude to the development of the garment industry in Rongcheng.

In 2006, Rongcheng China Textile Industry Association and the China National Garment Association assessed as "China Men's City" and the national textile industry cluster pilot. Rongcheng garment industry is mainly engaged in manufacturing. In 2016, the output value was 25.6 billion yuan, an increase of 57.9% over 2011, with an average annual growth rate of 9.6%. At present, there are 945 garment enterprises in the county, with an annual output of 450 million pieces of clothing (sets), 12 enterprises with sales income of over 100 million yuan, and more than 70,000 employees.

Anxin County's footwear industry is concentrated in Santai Town, and the down production base is mainly concentrated in Baiyangdian. The shoe-making industry has a history of more than 30 years and is known as the “Southern Jinjiang River and the North Third Taiwan”. At present, there are more than 2,000 shoe-making enterprises in the county, with an annual output of nearly 300 million pairs of shoes and a comprehensive output value of nearly 5 billion yuan. There are three shoe material centers and shoe trading centers in the county to improve the efficiency of the shoe industry in the county. Baiyangdian in Anxin County is known as the largest feather production base in the north, and many feather production enterprises are gathered, among which Shirissa has been in Shijiazhuang. The equity exchange was listed, and there are also 27 down enterprises listed on the incubator of the Shijiazhuang Stock Exchange.

Judging from the stage of industrial development and the performance and profitability of representative enterprises, Rongcheng and Anxin's textile clothing industry tends to be manufacturing and production, and the added value of products is relatively low.

The development of the new district will promote the upgrading of the garment industry in the region and the coordinated development of the surrounding areas and the revaluation of the value of the land assets. The specific beneficiaries of the textile and garment industry include three new three-board companies and two A-share listed companies in the region:

1) There are currently no A-share listed companies in the New Textile Zone, and there are 3 listed companies in the New Third Board, namely Jinhai Co., Ltd. located in Rongcheng County (mainly men's formal wear design, production and sales), Aussen Clothing (Mainly engaged in the production and sales of outdoor and business casual clothing), as well as Tianhong Co., Ltd. (the main production and sales of leather shoes, textile fabric shoes and rubber shoes) in Anxin County, the three companies own the land in the new area. The right to use is 2.35, 9.68, and 33,600 square meters. We believe that for the companies in the new region, on the one hand, they will benefit from the appreciation of existing land resources. On the other hand, with the gradual construction of the new district and the development of existing textile and garment enterprises, it is expected to upgrade the industry, improve operational efficiency and achieve performance. And the increase in market share.

2) For the surrounding areas, textile and apparel related listed companies mainly include Huasi shares and Changshan shares two A-share listed companies.

The company's main fur products and garments are less than 100 kilometers away from the New District. It has properties such as Suning International Fur Trading Center and Huasi Yupi City (a total of more than 310,000 square meters), which will benefit from the potential real estate value of the land. Improvement, on the one hand, the development of the new district will also increase passenger flow, bring sales and rental income up;

Changshan is more than 200 kilometers away from Xiong'an New District. It acquired Beiming Software Layout Software Business in 2015 based on the main textile industry. Beiming Software covers smart city construction related business, and the cloud data center project created by the company is supported by the government. We expect that there will be cooperation advantages in the construction of smart city in Xiong'an area in the future. The company also has 5 pieces in Shijiazhuang. 1230 mu of land and 2 of them have been auctioned (about 340 mu), and it is expected to benefit from the increase in land value and final realization in the future.
